Situated on 27 acres with 27,000 sq. ft. of precast production space under roof, Utility Vault in Pleasanton produces approximately 80 yards per day, with the ability to produce up to 120 yards per day. In addition, the Pleasanton facility produces in combination with the Livermore facility. The Livermore facility, working in conjunction with Pleasanton, has 12 acres of land with approximately 19,000 square feet of floor space.
Both facilities primary equipment includes on 60-ton shuttle lift, 4 10-ton cranes, and 2 15-ton cranes. Delivery is accomplished with 10 boom trucks ranging from 12.5 to 15 tons of lifting capacity. Both plants have computer batching. The aggregate system in Pleasanton is underground and Livermore’s aggregate system comes from overhead bins.
